I am Peter Schüppenhauer from Wiesbaden, Germany. Its the capital of Hesse and not well known but always be worth a trip to visit and the more famous Frankfurt, city of the European Central Bank.
Unfortunatly I am in politics since 2016. Very fast I got eleceted as vice president of the german youth party Junge Freie Wähler. But I learned fast what it means to be in charge of a large group of young people who are all working for the same aim – to make the Germany and world a better place.
My core topics are traffic, education, health and international affairs (Middle East). Those topics based on my studies in healthcare business management, train traffic controlling and interest in traveling around the world. Other countries sometimes have great ideas to solve problems.
Learning from other cultures made me to understand our past and society even better. A united Europe is the one we need now and in future. We as the youth are part of it. We have to go a longway these days but as part of YDE we are a part of the mechanism to make positive efforts.
I believe that we all are part of a big family called Europe. That family is strong enough to solve problems and building bridges over the „canyons“ between some countries.
I am proud to be European, aren’t you?
