We are currently at a turning point in the history of the European Union where there is a need for a strong, pro-European youth movement that could bring together all those who believe in the future of the European integration.

The key question we must answer is: “What Europe would we want to create?” This is the role of this working document – to identify those core values we believe to be the essence of tomorrow’s Union and starting from them to substantiate clear political values that would lead us to take the best choices to move towards our ideal. By clarifying our guidelines we need to always remember that practice must follow doctrine.
